Well, lots has been going on here in the Wegner's lives... school's just keeping me busy, busy, busy. And thank goodness for an understanding husband who willingly does the dishes and makes dinner - AKA pasta and grilled cheese :). Jeff has been staying busy flying and finishing up his hours (Yay!).
Here's a quick update on our recent lives:
New addition to our family.... :)
2009 Hyundai Sonata with 39,000 miles on it.
We absolutely LOVE it and we got a great deal on it, so I didn't even cry after spending all that money ha ha. We got this car about a month ago now...
A few weekends ago we had the opportunity to go down and do baptisms for the dead with my family for Matt's first time!! Can't believe he's so grown up...
Baby Luke Hardison Rau was blessed in January!
Oh Taya... what a crack-up :)
I decided being in Preschool on Valentines Day is the best!! Got lots of loot :)
Last weekend Jeff went on a flying trip with a few students to California. He had a great time and he got tons of hours he really needs, so it was great! Though he was dearly missed... Three nights felt like forever... but it's good practice because that will be our life coming soon enough. So anyway, while he was gone I spent the weekend with my family!
We celebrated Taya's 3rd birthday!!
Adorable little cousins with their birthday hats on :)
And we can't forget about the crack-up Brynlee!
Sorry I feel like this post is very everywhere and random... well yah, that's because it is ha ha.
This is the moment Jeff applied to his first commercial airline..... talk about weird, crazy, exciting, scary! We are pretty ready for that next stage of life though, so we were pretty giddy that night :) Jeff has now officially applied to three airlines and is only a few more hours away from his minimums!!
While Jeff has been staying busy flying and studying, I have been totally consumed in lesson plan writing these past couple weeks..... I am student teaching this semester in a preschool on campus and it has been lots of fun. Next week is one on my big weeks where I'm the head teacher and I get to implement the lesson plan that I spent weeks writing. I'm actually kind of excited for that part! The writing was the worst... but it's done and turned in so now I can finally breathe! Well for a minute at least... :) Hence why I'm finally updating my blog.
PS Mike, if you're reading this... you were right. Thanks for serving me a piece of humble pie :)

Glad someone takes pictures when we get together! I stole a few. Though if they aren't very big I may have you email them to me. Good luck with your lead teaching!!
I'm glad you got all your stuff done, I knew you would. ;)
