A couple weeks ago we took a day trip to San Francisco! We had about 9 hours - 3 of which were spent on buses trying to get to and from the airport and city. The other 6 ish hours were spent at Alcatraz, Fisherman's Wharf, and sitting in the airport.

And finally, we wandered ran through Fisherman's Wharf, grabbed some grub and hopped back on the bus! It was a short trip but we had blast!
PS shout out to GoogleMaps. It made figuring out the San Fran's public transportation super duper easy!
